I am really impressed with the set and price I got from here: wwwgolfcartcable.com
Pure copper closed ends. Different colors to choose from. He will customize based on your needs. Top notch stuff. IMG_2143.jpg Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Re: Swap out RXV cables
I made mine, and color coded the heat shrink for the terminals that attach to the batteries. All others are black.

Re: Swap out RXV cables
Be sure to replace all of them. Including the main + and - going to the controller.
All need to be the same gauge. GCG Wichita |

Re: Swap out RXV cables
The only ones you can’t replace are the wires going to the motor. They are permanently wired and not really user replaceable.

Re: Swap out RXV cables
Yeah, I thought I had read that previously. I have a few 3 phase motors and VFDs laying around, and used to deal with biggish ones - 1,500 Hp, 4,160 VAC motor/vfds at work - but all had "pecker heads".
Are they truely unchangeable, or just really difficult? We used to be able to change out medium voltage motor leads all the time, and my small ones at home are changeable as well. Having said all that, is there any need to change out the 3 phase cables anyway? |

Re: Swap out RXV cables
I believe they are soldered. I also think they are already big enough gauge that they don’t need replaced under most normal and tuned conditions.
