Default Winch wiring for the 48v Club Car

I have added a winch to the front of 1999 Club Car DS, 48v
What is the best way to wire the main power?
My cart has a DC Converter 30 AMP 48V 36V Voltage Reducer 12V 350W
Should I just add a standard or deep cycle, spare 12v battery, if so any recommendations as to size and amp

You'll need to run a 12v aux battery to power the winch. A deep cell marine battery should do the trick

Thanks,
I have started to accumulate the necessary parts.
The battery, battery box and build up a extension wiring cable. I plan on using #8 gauge wire and a male/female plug style connector.
For the battery, Rural King sells a deep cycle marine battery for around $78.00
