Remove the controller and send it to me via Priority Mail in a 11" X 8.5" X 5.5" Medium Flat Rate box, wrapped in packing material. Postage is only $13.65 each way. You would pay for postage both ways and I will reprogram it for you and return it via Priority Mail. There is no charge for this service, since you are a member of the forum. When you get at least one more post made here, you will be able to send and receive PMs (Private Messages). I'll send you the address to mail it to and instructions on what to include in the box with the controller.

Bob,
I’ll send you a pm. If you’re ever in the Mobile area, I’ll owe you a fishing trip!

Bob is the man ... my stock RXV is doing 32 mph down hills and 28 mph on flat, pulling 23 uphill. Still testing since it's only been a couple weeks but very happy with the results. Friends with 500a controllers and "high speed" motor upgrades are wondering why they've dropped $1000 plus and I only spent $27 in postage to and from Bob. [emoji12]

I'm glad you posted this Casey. It prompted me to check my inbox and I found that I had missed his PM amongst a pilup of PMs from others. I responded to his PM and apologized for missing it.

We’re in Wichita KS and can do what Bob is talking about. If you’re in the area with the cart we can do it in a few minutes.

Newbie here! A little Info on my cart. It’s a 2013 rxv with the Curtis. I’m sure it’s in freedom mode has 14in rims with I think 205 30 tires? Cart at my property so can’t look. My question is I just replaced the batteries with Trojans 4x12 had us batteries in it before. The cart seems fine but my buddies cart is one year newer and my GPS is showing 20. He gets a couple more than me? What gives? Same everything else. Sorry if this isn’t the right place but my main question is I want my controller reprogrammed to get the most out of it. What do I need to do? I have been lurking here for sometime and I see Bob can do it

If the tire height of your buddy's cart is higher that maybe where he is getting a 1 or 2 faster than you.
