72v conversion questions
i switching my 2001 series 36v ezgo to 72v
i will be fabricating my own battery tray and lowering the actual tray by about 4 inches, is it easier to fit 12- 6v batteries or 6 - 12v batteries under the seat? and what gives better performance, run time? the 6v or the 12v? who can i get the parts i need to do the conversion from? anybody know exactly what i need? does anyone have any feedback on the us 2000xc battery? and once i change everything, how many amps will i be drawing? |

Re: 72v conversion questions
You need to read the post on extreme components I did. It gives you parts and what the basic cost is.
http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/extre...omponents.html 6- 12 volts will be easyer to do than 12 - 6 volts. I would do 9 -8 volts like I did in the monster cart. 7 under the seat and 2 in the back. http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/membe...er-e-z-go.html |
