Default Lifted cart tires rubbing

My golf cart's front tires started to rub on tight turns. Tight turn to the left makes the left tire rub. Tight turn to the right makes right tire rub. It worked perfectly for a year and now the rubbing. I have a 2013 Club Car Precedent with an Alpha Body and a RHOX lift kit. What do I need to do to repair this? I have attached photos. Thanks!
I have no idea why the photos posted upside down!

Looks like 23" tires? What size RHOX lift was it? 6"? Was the springs replaced with the lift? They look pretty rough.

I'm going to take a guess and say sagging spring or worn bushings. looking at the rust, sagging spring seems likely but depending on how the cart is used, anything is possible. could even be something bent/shifted. really hard to tell without seeing it

6 inch lift kit. I drive it around a campground. Some rough bumps, but mostly smooth gravel.
Is there an adjustment I can make?
