My controller, solenoid, and batteries are all still under warranty for another 16 months so if there are any issues I can have any one of them replaced. I appreciate the ongoing support!
The magnet is working. If the magnet wasn't working. The cart would be in limp mode. Please see post #15 in your previous post where I explained to you how the magnet works to increase speed...

TahoeDawg, I guess I am just confused as to what could be wrong with the controller to limit the cart to 14mph even with the magnet working as you say. Is it more of a controller programming issue or a potential faulty connection/part within the controller? I mean, what could possibly come up in a scan to account for this?

Throttle percentage input, armature current, speed pulses, total battery voltage, among other things.

Thanks. I would like to make it out to you. If you get a chance send me a PM of what you would charge me to look at my cart and diagnose. It isn't a perfect cart but I also don't have a ton of money to pour into it. I may have some time in the next two weeks as I have spring break because I work for a school district. Thanks. If PM doesn't work I can call.

I won't charge you anything to plug the scanner into it and diagnose it. I feel very confident I'm going to find a bad MCOR, but there's only one way to find out. You can text or email me anytime you like. Phone number and email address are on the website.

I think Chuck Town's spring break is different than ours but watch for Masters traffic in Augusta.

Just as an update. I went to get speed code 4 programmed instead of using a high speed magnet. Went to a Club Car authorized dealer. They showed me the scanner that stated it was now set to speed code 4, provided the documentation of the code numbers, and I paid, BUT, when I got home the car was still running at speed code 3 (14mph). Any ideas? I posted this question in another thread as well. Everything checks out on the cart so I don't get it. Any help appreciated.

Ask them to show you the 19.6 mph you get with speed code 4 did it go 14 before they changed it?

On edit I re-read thread. You must have a bad mcor or a lot of slop in the linkage. With high speed magnet speed code 4 will have no effect.
