Default LED volt meter

Bought some inexpensive volt meters on EBay,they have 4 wires on back,no instructions, contacted seller about instructions,no reply, played around with them, got one to work, but not at 36 volts, only works at 12-18 volts, has anyone had any of these? Rated @ 0-100 volts

Two of the wires power the electronics (12-18 volts) and the other two are connected to the voltage to be measured (0-100 volts).

Don't know for sure, I've never actually seen the specific DVM you have.

The four wire should be in two pairs of two wires.

One pair will probably be Red and Black wires. Red is + and Black is -.

The other pair is probably White and Green. White is + and Green is -.

Positive can be most any color, but for DC circuits Black and Green tend to be negative.

Post a picture if the back side of the meter and any labels on meter. There may be a clue to the wiring there.

I just ran a multi-meter the other day for some testing on a new cart I picked up.

What voltage are we looking for: 36v txt
fully charged?
low charge after use?
