I did try moving the forward and reverse switch back and forth with no luck. Do you know of any tests I can use to test the forward reverse switch, solenoid and controller? Thanks.

Check your MICRO switches on top of the forward- reverse switch and make sure that each one clicks when cycling the main F&R switch back and forth. I use a TP hollow tube to hear sounds that low by placing it directly over each switch at a time. One micro controls the power going from dash swich to solenoid, another turns back up alarm on, the third one as I remember goes to the speed control?
They have small tin arms underneath each that rubs against the movable portion of F and R switch. Check that each one is in contact with plastic switch plate and carfully move each arm to listen for clicks and releasing.

I've checked everything on the micro switches and can hear each lever clicking. I'm assuming my problem is now with the motor or the obd/controller. How do you check the motor with a meter to see if it's good?
