Re: DS Losing Power
I did try moving the forward and reverse switch back and forth with no luck. Do you know of any tests I can use to test the forward reverse switch, solenoid and controller? Thanks.

Re: DS Losing Power
Check your MICRO switches on top of the forward- reverse switch and make sure that each one clicks when cycling the main F&R switch back and forth. I use a TP hollow tube to hear sounds that low by placing it directly over each switch at a time. One micro controls the power going from dash swich to solenoid, another turns back up alarm on, the third one as I remember goes to the speed control?
They have small tin arms underneath each that rubs against the movable portion of F and R switch. Check that each one is in contact with plastic switch plate and carfully move each arm to listen for clicks and releasing. |

Re: DS Losing Power
I've checked everything on the micro switches and can hear each lever clicking. I'm assuming my problem is now with the motor or the obd/controller. How do you check the motor with a meter to see if it's good?
