Are bodys and frames interchangeable?

I was wondering, if club car electric golf cart chassis are interchangeable?

Can I take a 2002 cc DS body , off its frame, and bolt a precedent body onto the same frame?

And vice versa? Also, are the frames all the same, or is there a certain year where they willnot be interchangeable etc?

I come across alot of old carts, some have better bodies than others, and am wondering if I can swap them around?
