2015 and 2016 Yamaha recall.
This recall effects both gas and electric carts. The front hubs are defective and may crack causing the front wheel(s) to detach, posing a life threatening hazard to users and bystanders. Owners of these vehicles should stop using them immediately and contact local dealer for retrofitting. Models effected include:
