Which wires to Upgrade to 2 Gauge
I have upgraded most of my wiring.
2 gauge - from motor to controller and from controller to solenoid. 1 gauge - from solenoid to battery bank, between all batteries, and to controller. The other wires I haven't upgraded from the stock 6 gauge are the three wires(white, orange, and blue) that go from the motor to the forward/reverse switch. Do these also need to be upgraded? |

Re: Which wires to Upgrade to 2 Gauge
I dunno how you are gonna do that in 2 ga .... the hole in the F&R S1 and S2 connections are quite small, like 1/4 inch .... dang 2ga is over kill in my opinion.... 4 might be easier to work with ..... I know they make the ends for a 4g with a 1/4 hole..
