02' Club Car IQ shuts down while driving? HELP Please!!!
I have a 2002 Club Car IQ that runs fine for about 1oo yards then its like someone flips a kill switch and the cart just stops..... If you release your foot off the pedal and give it the gas again it takes off and runs fine until you hit the magic 150 yards or so, then it does it all over again?? It even does it in reverse, just a whole lot sooner! I have tried everything and nothing seems to work?? Anyone ever experence this or have a clue what to check or how to fix it??? Thanks for any help or advise!

Welcome to the forum,somebody will be along in a bit with possible solutions to your problem!Also,I'm not familiar with the Club Car IQ,is it an electric or gas cart?

Does it die completely and come to a full stop? or does it slow drastically to creeping speed?

Well we know its not a speed sensor,sounds like the MCOR is failing but I could be wrong.

it comes to a complete stop!! no beeps... i have tried a controller, mcor, speed sensor, motor, f&r switch, charge computer... and none have fixed it??? i have never seen anything like it!! any suggestions?? thanks...

Sounds like it might be solenoid "drop out". CC makes a kit to fix this, very simple. But when this problem happens, you are going along and then its like the regen kicks in, reverse buzzers goes off and the car comes slowly to a stop. The car will then be able to go again. Because you went in and replaced everything, this could be your problem.

I had one of these last year but, it would slow not stop? We replaced every component with known good stuff untill nothing was left but the wiring harness itself...... and that fixed it
