ok..First question... I don't have my new batteries yet, but I assume I need new ones.. Is there a way I can test if the motor works or not before I have new batteries? Same withe the foward/reverse switch...I think no, but maybe you guys have a trick..Thanks...Flash

Her's the deal... that motor is near bullet proof good for 25-30 yrs easy on it's first set of brushes There is a way to test but not neccessary or worth the risk of a short during testing.... Same with the F&R inspect it for excessive damage.... Is the body off and the battery boxes repaired YET?
Is the frame Etched Clean with Eagle 1 Aluminum etching cleaner

I have a direction!! Thanks..Will keep you posted...Thats good news about the motor.. WIll be working on this thing this coming 4 day weekend for me!! Running a little car biz gig at night in the garage, so I will catch up on the cart Fri morning.. I will check in on here nightly, and will have more questions. Thanks. Flash

This charger I have is not working.. I work on a cup team, and have the wiring guy messing with it, but he said he might not be able to fix it... How much is a good used charger for a 36 volt 89 clubcar?

You guys know that charger won't come on unless it is plugged into about 32v minimum, Right!.......????

yeah..my guy says there is power going into the charger, but not coming out...they are going to mess with it today.

Ya know scotty? Maybe those guys don't have it plugged into a 36 volt source... That would be nice if its that!! Freakin' race car guys messing with golf carts..This is going to be good!!
