QuiQ 910-4800 battery charger doing continuous "recycling" when plugged-in to charge

Hi Friends,
I have in my 48V. Columbia ParCar Eagle a QuiQ 4818 (Model# 910-4800). One week ago I changed all 6 year old Trojan-105D batteries because they were no longer good and replaced them with DEKA GC10 Pro Master. Today I noticed that when plugging the charger to charge my new batteries, the charger recycles (lights up and down, starts and immediately again, lights up and down and so forth). What can be wrong with the charger? It is not charging the batteries...

I made a short video of the charger showing what it is doing but find no way to uploaded on this forum.
