I just want to make sure that any parameters we enter for charging are going to play well with your charger. If you have a multimeter, please measure the open circuit voltage, that is, the voltage with the charger turned on but with nothing connected to the output. Hopefully the charger turns on without a load. Most lithium chargers do.

I was mistaken regarding the new temperature probe. It did come with one - it was already plugged into the BMS, but I don't think it is long enough to work.
I also recreated the BMS instructions into .pdf files if anyone wants them... |

Re: Extreme Team issues - post here
I got the bulkhead completed and mounted the new BMS and the original 12V reducer. I traced the old temp sensor wire and the new temp sensor IS long enough to reach where the old sensor was located so I replaced that.
I still need to get the info from the charger, but I think I'm ready to start hooking up all the wires? |

And any idea what this glue is for the Bluetooth receiver? They also used it to hold the connectors in place. Is it a special type of glue?

Looks like silicone Sealer to me. Is it flexible?

Re: Extreme Team issues - post here
I got the bulkhead completed and the new BMS installed along with the new temp sensor and Bluetooth receiver.
I tried powering up the battery using the Bluetooth receiver button (like the instructions said), but nothing happened. I hooked the battery up to the charger to power up the battery and the exact same thing happened like before: 1. I plug in the charger 2. The battery turns on 3. The in-dash volt meter shows 86V like it's charging 4. The charger fan does NOT turn on 5. The charger does not charge (battery stays at 70%) 6. As soon as I disconnected the charger the battery shut off 7. The SmartBMS app does not see, or connect, to the battery |

At this point if it were me I would check the voltage of each cell (you can do this from the bms connectors)

I was only getting about 0.45V on some, 0.55V on some, etc., but nothing close to 2.5 volts... |
