Is this red wire the magneto kill wire?

There's also a small tab with threads on it......would this be a ground or?

Pretty sure red is 12v dc out from the regulator. The threaded tab is the kill wire connection.

KGSC is correct, the threaded tab goes up to your coils to kill the engine the red wire with the connector at the end connect to your battery to keep it charged

4-1/2" worked the best with the cvtech clutch

The other two bolts were way too long

Looks like the wiring harness going to the two coils are connected and hooked up to the tab for the kill switch

I need two shorter bolts in order to mount the engine to the billet plate

Two supplied bolts with the kit worked and two are too long

Engine is in.....just need to tighten the plate to the cradle frame, align the engine and tighten the 4 bolts down

Should the clutches be exactly lined up with each other?

I think the air filter assembly needs to be turned around 180°
