Pics.........I probably wont mess with the governor, since the power increase from 11hp 350cc to 18hp 570cc should be plently

This will be safer for the motor and with the CVTech clutch, power should be fine

That governor isn't connected to anything, it won't do anything to reduce the engine rpm that way. It's effectively disabled. Your engine will rev past 5000 rpm so be careful. Make sure you have a proper tachometer.

How long do the secondary clutches last for?

Was curious if now would also be a good time to replace it, since I'm sure it's stock (2007?)

Look for wear or grooves on the faces. If they are smooth and unridged you should be good to go.

It sure looks like it is operating OK. Nothing like running your hand on the surfaces feeling for grooved areas.

Bed is removed, 3 easy pins

The bed hoist cylinder weighed a good amount

The muffler and rear linkage cover is off
