Here's the breakdown of your motor.
Did you remove the two screws (#9) that screw into the bearing retainer (#16)? I think those screws need to come out before you can pull it apart. Motor.pdf |

UPDATE
Managed to crack the motor open. And without breaking the bearing retainer… Looks like a major clean on the cards. A new bearing is ordered. The armature and brushes weren’t as bad as I had feared. We’ll see… |
