If your reverse alarm works, it is a good troubleshooting tool...Put the cart in reverse and wiggle the wires in the 16 pin connector...If the alarm goes on and off intermittently pull on each wire until you find the culprit......Worth a shot...

Well, still not fixed. Worked great for two days, put the back seat on, worked one more day then ...... nothing. Three days later, still no go.
Question, what has to connect to make the solenoid turn on? In the morning I’m taking the back seat off and jumping the solenoid to see if it moves then. It didn’t the last time I tried this. But, that was before I replaced everything.

Works intermediately. But, you may be on to something. I’ll give it a whirl.

I've found on a few carts that I have worked on that the obc lockout wire pin #5 light blue on the 16 pin connector gets intermittent..I would start there...
Reverse buzzer on wiggle that wire...

Ok, buzzer is doa. Connected an led light instead. In reverse it lights up. Checked and rechecked connections. All pin connectors appear clean and good. Mcor is sending signal to the controller. As is the FNR switch.
Only thing I haven’t touched is the motor and speed sensor.
Solenoid connects when jumped, but cart doesn’t move.

Kills my soul to do it, but it might have to make a trip to the cart shop.
