Default Re: Club car not responding to anything? Has power

Locate the solenoid. You'll see that you have four terminals. Two large and two small. On one of the small terminals you will have a small yellow wire connected. Remove this yellow wire from the solenoid. Get a jumper wire with alligator clips on both ends, only a couple of feet long. Clip one end of the jumper wire to the MAIN negative battery terminal. This is the last negative in the series, and on your DS will be the rear most driver's side battery. The negative cable on this battery will run through a small hole in the OBC en route to the controller. Once you've located the correct battery terminal, clip the jumper wire to the main negative terminal and clip the other end to the small terminal on the solenoid where you removed the yellow wire. Try to operate the vehicle. If the vehicle operated, the solenoid lockout feature of the OBC has failed and it must either be replaced or bypassed. If you choose to bypass it, you'll need to order a modern smart charger that does not require the OBC to control it like your OEM charger does.
