New to the cart world and new to this site. Building my first and second cart. One for me and one for my dad. They both came straight from the golf course. 2007 Ezgo PDS.
I guess this is my build thread. Plan is 6" lift (I know PDS, Blah Blah) 23" tires, 12" Alum Wheels, 400a controler, Plum Quick motor build, rear seat kit,etc,etc (looks like I need to fix date on camera)
To start things off, Full disassembly.....
Then send the frame to the sand blaster, then powder coater. Battery box was really rusty.
Cut body for lights and little body work and sanding before paint.
