Good at evaluating what? Electric motors pretty much have only two states with one being working ie rebuild-able and the other not working to which it may or may not be anything but scrap value. A Bandit motor likely consists of baked and dipped windings, new bearings, a handle welding into the motor housing, new brushes and a new speed magnet... They may have some other special magic they do to it but it boils down to sending in a working motor....
