Go to your local battery wholesaler and ask to borrow or use 4 12v batteries. All you are looking for is a strong 48vdc test. Fully charged is 50.9xvdc. Our wholesaler here charges $25 per battery and refunds it as long as you bring them back in 2 days.
You will not fit 8-6's in that tray....
