That is just 1 piece. He changed more including the motor. Sounds like you already have speed code 4. And you can go with the 500 if you are going to upgrade more in the future, but scottyb did the following from his post. And if you do get a 500, you'll need to have it programmed for your stock motor or "Boom", 'Bam', "Ka-Pow" - get my drift Batman.
scottyb: On my 2014 Prec I upgraded in this progression:
1. dealer speed code 4 = 19.mph
2. FSIP A3 high speed motor = same 19 mph (controller limit)
3. XCT48300 (smallest controller yet 135 peak amps higher) = 27 mph
