IF you are talking about the plate where the key switch is, those should be just push rivets. After you disconnect the battey pack, take a small Phillips and just push the centers through. Put the key in and turn it one click, then just rotate the plate out bottom first using the key. I use 3/4" No 12 SS Phillips pan heads to replace or the rivets are about $1 each. If you are talking about the cowl, I believe there is a sticky in the tech notes that explains better than I can.

As for the buzzer, I put tape over mine. I like the idea that I know I am in reverse or if I am standing behind the cart, someone else is.
