Is it a 2017 model year cart, or an earlier model year that was refurbished in 2017?

The F/R by your knee indicates an older cart, or at least I am not aware of any recent year carts with a series drive. (The DCS had a sepex drive and a by the knee F/R lever, but that was discontinued in 1999)

Does the controller have a label on it? If so, what is the model number?

Do you have the original controller and motor? If so, what are the model numbers for them.

Have to know what you have in order to help and I haven't been able to figure that out so far.
