I believe they are sepex. I will post a pick of the name plat.

Forward and reverse is handled in the controller. Each controller is connected to a single contactor to send full power to the controller. Very simple from that standpoint.

4 lug front and rear axles. Actually the rear axle is a steering IFS axle which appears to be identical to the front except the tie rods are connected to a fixed plate instead of the steering link. You could have 4-wheel steering with a little work.

I hate to spend another grand on a controller too but it is by far the easiest fix if I could just have some assurance that they will last like a quality controller should.

What kind of range do you get out of your buggy?
