That diagram is a bare bones diagram. The way it is wired it does not use the other micros, it also does not have a reverse buzzer circuit. It will work on many different carts, club car, ezgo, or any other series style cart with an alltrax controller.

You could wire in a F/R microswitch real easy. Just come off the key but instead of going to the throttle micro you will go to a F/R micro AND THEN go to the throttle micro. (DO NOT wire it to the reverse micro or it will only run in reverse)

If that doesn't work for you go to alltrax's website. They have some diagrams.

If your forward is working and reverse isn't you have a F/R switch contact problem or it is not wired correctly.
