Would the 420 Hemi head work on a non-Hemi 420 block? The valves for a Hemi head are larger in diameter head size by default and it looks like they would need longer push rods vs. the non-Hemi. Although, I have not been able to find HD springs for the Hemi 420 head, at least where they say they will fit the 420 Hemi head. Has anyone done this swap or upgraded a Hemi 420 with HD springs/pushrods, cam, rod, etc...?
