If you are lifting it just for looks, then it will work fine. I think you can use 20" tires with a 4" lift. Keep in mind that the handling will be affected. Single a arm front suspensions usually are very finicky when it comes to toe and camber changes and if they are off the steering and handling can get a little sketchy at higher speeds. Replace your front shocks if they are worn out, this can help quite a bit. Poor handling, sagging front suspension, erratic steering feel are all signs of worn front shocks.
