Since you want to add several other accessories. I say go with a 25 or 30 amp reducer and use a juction/fuse box to link each item to the whole pack.

Take a look at my album and you will see a pic of how I have used mine. I have a 2002 DS 48V cart. The reducer is connected to the pack and the fuse box. Each item is connected to the fuse pack. I use standard light kit, an LED light kit, a stereo and a 12v power port.
I do have a kill switch in place so the reducer is not pulling from the pack during times that I am not using any of the accecories.
The biggest plus to this is that the system pulls power, evenly, across the entire pack; not just a couple of the batteries.
Only other way to go would be to install a seperate 12v battery to run everything, instead of the pack.
