You can use a heim joint. Just remove the tapered tie rod ends and replace them with a high angle heim joint. I used chomoly heims with the teflon bushing on mine. They've held up great over the years, with lots of off road abuse. I used aluminum sweged rods for tie rods. All the parts came from Speedway Motors.
