The RXV Tail Light Kit is manufactured for use on E-Z-GO Gas & Electric RXV Vehicles. This kit includes the necessary components and hardware for a complete installation.
...But NO, the carts are not pre wired for lights, unless you have a freedom model - which would already have the tail lights installed
