That doesn't look right at all. I think that sleeve is part of the clutch. It should just be a regular bolt that threads into the splined shaft of the rear end. Is that sleeve stuck to the bolt? Can you see the splined pinion? Are the threads broken off of that bolt, and stuck in the splined shaft? Your bolt is between items 2, and 7 in the pdf.
