He will have to PM you, then you can PM back untill you have enough post to PM.
Did you test the other solenoids to see if they click? It might also be the coils. If they don't divert enough juice then the cart wont slow down.
No resistance no slow, no solenoid fire no resistance.
If they do energize when testing, it might be the accelerator switches not switching. (this was my problem but for master solenoid)

pop the red top off the box and use fingers to press each of the 5 switches and listen for click.
