AA, This is my first attempt at painting a buggie body. I'm used to working with fiberglass and it's much easier to hide stuff like that with gelcoat. so I was mindful that I was painting, which is surely not as forgiving as gelcoat.
Being neither a body man or auto painter is why I not only glazd, but used high build primer. The hi build is like gelcoat for me.
Of course once again,not being auto painter,put it on and then sanded down. in my defense I was using a $18.00 HF spray gun. It's smooth now, after 4 hours of sanding.
