12 volt test light comes in handy here. ( caution 12volt test light can only be used when trouble shooting 12 volt accessory wireing)
Connect ground lead to battery pack ground post. Next start probing 12 volt + wires from accessory in this case lights back to source ( 12 volt convertor ) until you find bad connection, Brocken wire, ect.
Advantage of test light is it’s pointed tip so you can probe wire without disconnecting it
