Default Re: Clutch distance

Streetbu should be 100% positive! because that's what it is!

There is a clutch alignment tool for Club Cars, and to be honest... I'm not sure who stocks them,
I remember seeing them a while back... plastic, and affordable, but, I don't remember who had them.

I bought mine from my CC dealer about 5 years ago, (Solid aluminum, made strictly for CC dealers)
He offered to just let me use it, and return it when I was done,
because, he said that most of the time, his techs didn't use it,
they just measure the distance, then "eye ball" the alignment of the engine and two clutches,

BUT NOooo, I had to buy it! and I've only used it once just to check my clutch alignment.

Save a few bucks and measure the 9 5/8" center to center, and "eye ball" the engine so it's straight, and you should be good to go!
