Does this cart have a Run /Tow Maint switch on the controller cover? If not, then series (fleet). PDS didn't show up until model year 2000. So, if you have a 99 TXT it will either be a series/fleet cart or a DCS. Quickest way to tell is the toggle switch on the controller environmental cover.
