Ok guys I am back on the case! Got pretty slammed at work but am going to be back on it this weekend. The cart does pop on starting fluid by the way. I am going to take the carb off clean it thoroughly again check the needle and float. I did purchase new lines. They Tank also was completely clean when I started. I put a new filter in it. The old one was complete mush. I am really hoping its something simple as the carb. I could not think of anything else since it does turn over with starting fluid. Anyways here's a picture of this insanely long project I am trying to enjoy once I get her running. I am really hoping to be in the home stretch here.
