Is the cart all original? No lift kit, back seat, anything added on?
Have you checked the oil in the rear axle? Checked the rear wheel hubs for play?
If it has a lift kit are the u-bolts tight?
The motor is around 60lbs and it’s not easy to remove on the precedent carts. It’s the last thing I would want to remove without verifying that it’s definitely the source of the noise.
