Ahh... I missed that part. I'd suggest the A4, but I'm not going to guarantee 25 MPH out of it, and I'l not going to recommend the speed map for it since he's running oversized tires in hilly terrain. The A2 may be a good option, but it's on back-order. Maybe the new FSIP high speed motor would be a good candidate?
