I only needed 1 1/4" on my Precedent so I made a set in about 20 minutes and a few $. All I needed was some steel flat bar and grade 8 bolts (available at most hardware stores), bench vise, hammer, propane torch, drill and something to cut the flat bar. Remove the rear bolt on the springs jack up the back of the cart to your desired height, measure between the holes and start fabricating. I found that on my wife's cart there was 3/8" difference between sides that I was able to compensate for. If they ever slip I'll get them tack welded in place.
