TEST RUN A MOTOR
To test run a series motor
Remove all cables from the motor; connect a jumper from A1 to S1. Connect 12 to 24 volts, positive @ A2 and negative @ S2. Swap S1 and S2 to change rotation direction.
One note I'd add, make sure the rear of the cart is safely jacked up with the wheels not touching the ground before trying this - it will remove all possibility of you getting run over if the motor does take off spinning.
On to my curious questions: Is this 93 cart a controller cart? Also, by not being able to push it do you mean there is excessive brake drag or if you were to try and pull the cart with something would the wheels be locked and drag? If the latter is the case, I'd bet on a shot motor or a VERY badly screwed up rear end.

Before you attempt any of this, make sure you disconnect the batteries at the pack!
