my plans are as follows:
1. plum quick bandit upgrade (still trying to figure out what motor I have see pic any advice is greatly appreciated not sure if it is the ge or AMD mentioned on plum quicksilver site)

2. speed controller (will be based on motor) w/ solenoid

3. I have just purchased 6 new trojan batteries
You didn’t state whether your new batteries were 6V or 8V. Since you are doing all this, now would be the best time to upgrade to 48V. You will not regret it. Also, your 36V motor will run really well on 48V so that should be your last upgrade. See my sig. JMHO
