You can get them on Amazon, eBay, all over the place. Not hard to find. I’ve bought several to replace the old faded, peeling and cracked ones on carts I’ve rebuilt.
If the whole plate is damaged, cheaper to get a whole wheel from someone. With a bit of creativity you CAN put a precedent steering wheel on a DS also for a nice little upgrade. I’ve done that a couple times as well
