YES, but you will need to proper sized resistor across the top of the solenoid. Yours has a 220 omh resistor, and you will need to pot a 470 omh resistor in its place. that is all you need to change to run either 42v or 48v......and of course a way to charge your cart.

I ask this very question of ScottyB when I was upgrading a while back, he told me that the only thing I needed to do was change the resistor.
