Eventually this may cause some issues down the line, specifically a hole from rubbing on this plastic box.

I have seen a few solutions, but want to offer my solution as an option to buggies members.

I have created a 45° intake manifold maintaining the same dimensions as the factory verision. I will be 3D printing a few prototypes in the coming week.

Additionally, I plan to test a couple out over the next 2 weeks. If all shakes out, the solution will be made available for purchase.*If you are interested in the prototype, please p.m. me to discuss specifics.

Attached are a few 3D models. Hope to have this as a permanent solution, let me know if you see any issues.

Brad, any chance you could send me the file for this intake piece? my buddy has a 3d printer and said hed be willing to print one for me. I don't want to put you out or anything, just figured I'd ask. I'm not sure how all that stuff works but it may be easier than you having to print one and mail it. Having said that I know its your design so if you're more comfortable with just printing one and me paying you for it, thats perfectly fine with me. I know you mentioned being busy so sorry if I seem like I am annoying about it
