If the charger has been subjected to Field Reprogramming by the user, during the first time charger is used, startup time can take up to 10 minutes. The LEDs will not flash and the charger will appear to be ‘frozen’. Do not unplug charger because it is rebuilding its internal Database – refer to the section titled ‘Accusense Charge Suite Application’ for further details.
