Pulled the hubs in the rear, neither are stripped out. Also put the motor back together and did some continuity testing. Everything checks out resistance on f1-f2 is 2.1 ohms which seems high compared to a chart I saw but everything else is good.
Frustrating....Halloween is coming and the golf cart is looking like it won't be operational
